Hamburg representative

New orders - May 2009

Ocean Shipmanagement (Reederei Thomas Schulte) has ordered Easeacon for their 4,250 TEU new builds from Samsung HI. This order represents a strengthening of Easeacon within the German container ship owning community.

Italian owner L.G.R. di Navigazione SpA has chosen Easeacon for the onboard system on their 8,000 cbm Ethylene/LPG/VCM carriers from Korean builder Sekwang Shipyard. The ships are a continuation of the Lauritzen Kosan ships, also equipped with Easeacon.

The Easeacon software on the Lauritzen Kosan ships mentioned above will be upgraded with a Trim Optimization module.

The IMDG Amendments 34-08 upgrade of Easeacon with the "Stowage and Segregation Guide" from Storck verlag has been released. The first deliveries were made in April and more system are due in the coming months.
